  • Published influential papers on "India’s RMNCH+A Strategy" and "Private Sector Engagement for Immunization," providing critical analyses that have informed national policy and global best practices.

 

Authoring Global Guidelines & Strategic Documents

  • Contributed to the development of WHO's "Guidance on Operational Microplanning for COVID-19 Vaccination," translating emerging field experiences into a formal global framework for action .

  • Co-authored chapters in academic textbooks, for Post Graduate and Diploma courses, ensuring the next generation of practitioners is grounded in evidence-based protocols.

  • Contributed to development of India’s Immunization Handbook (and Facilitators Guide) for Medical Officers (2008) and Health Workers (2006), foundational documents that standardized and improved vaccination practices across the country.

 

Synthesizing Knowledge for Diverse Audiences

  • Crafted "learning documents" for UNDP on India's Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN), distilling a complex technological innovation into an accessible case study for global replication (unpublished).

  • Developed comprehensive toolkits and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) packages on topics like routine immunization and HPV vaccination, making technical guidance practical and usable for health workers, program managers, and communities.

  • Produced high-quality technical reports, baseline assessments, and situation analyses for governments and organizations like WHO, UNICEF, and Save the Children, providing the evidence base for strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • Drafted scientific manuscripts from multi-country research projects, such as the study on integrating COVID-19 vaccination into health systems, ensuring robust findings reach a broad audience to influence future pandemic response.
