• Developed a comprehensive learning document on India's Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) for UNDP, providing a complete overview of the innovation's history, components, and significance to facilitate its global scale-up.

• Conducted end-of-project documentation for The Challenge Initiative for Healthy Cities (TCIHC), capturing high-impact interventions and implementation frameworks for improving urban primary health care.

• Documented the rollout of the HPV vaccine introduction campaign in Sikkim, creating a toolkit of best practices and lessons learned for program managers in other regions.

 

Development of Operational Frameworks & Manuals

• Authored the "Operational Framework for Injection Safety and Healthcare Waste Management" for the Punjab State Department of Health, translating complex guidelines into an actionable field manual.

• Developed a comprehensive immunization programme manual for Laos PDR, based on WHO modules, to serve as a standardized reference for training medical officers and para-medical staff.

• Created a ready reference handbook on immunization for health workers that was officially released during the launch of India’s "Year of Intensification of Routine Immunization."

 

Case Studies & Good Practice Capture

• Coordinated with national, state, and district levels to document case studies, good practices, and success stories of the eVIN intervention, providing tangible evidence of its impact.

• Developed case studies for Save the Children on projects addressing health inequities among migrants, nomadic pastoralists, and hard-to-reach communities, highlighting effective models for reaching marginalized populations.
